Upon placing an order for a commissioned work, you fully acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions:
1. GENERAL RULES
• I retain the authority to decline any commission request, exercising my discretion without obligation.
• These Terms and Conditions may be subject to periodic alterations, though such changes will not negatively impact your already placed order.
• All communication shall be conducted in the English language.
• My operational hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday.
2. PRICING
• The pricing displayed on the commission page is basic and subject to modification based on the intricacy of the project. If the design of the character is complex and will take extra time to draw (for example has feathers, complex patterns, unique scales design, additional limbs, the character is a hybrid, etc.). Every price will be considered individually.
• If you request a faster deadline, the price will rise.
3. PAYMENTS
• A commission requires complete upfront payment.
• Payment can be made through PayPal or bank transfer.
• Upon order placement, the client is afforded a 7-day window for remitting payment. Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in commission cancellation, allowing me to allocate the slot to another client. If unanticipated life circumstances or payment issues arise, please contact me.
4. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
• Kindly specify the preferred file format and resolution for the commissioned work.
• Completion duration ranges from 1 week to 1 month, depending on factors such as your queue position, the complexity of the task, commission type, other work, etc. I will notify you of any unanticipated delays.
• I will send you artwork in full resolution through the DeviantArt stash, WeTransfer, or an email. You can choose the preferred method of file delivery.
5. COPYRIGHT AND ART USAGE
• All intellectual property rights reserved.
• Reproduction, duplication, editing, publication, sale, or uploading of my artworks in any capacity without explicit consent is prohibited. Only commissioners and character owners may upload pertinent artworks while providing appropriate credit.
• I retain complete copyright over commissioned artwork.
• I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.
• I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.
• I reserve the right to exhibit commissioned artwork on my social media and in my portfolio. If for any reason you don’t want me to post the commission online, please let me know before ordering.
• Uploaded commissioned artwork may be shared across online platforms, subject to attribution to @comic.only or Comic Only (@comic.only).
• Financial profit from private use of commissioned pieces (e.g., resale, redistribution, reproduction, etc.) is prohibited. You can make profits only from the commercial use commissions and only in the fields of exploitation that we agreed on.
• Unauthorized alterations to commissioned artwork necessitate my consent. Collaborating with another artist to modify my work is similarly prohibited.
• I do not take responsibility if the Client will use the commission ordered from me in any illegal/improper way.
• By providing me with the references for your commission the Client declares that they have full copyrights or the owner’s permission for usage of the character design or of the other elements depicted.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
• In situations where for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before the design process is started, you can get a full refund.
• You can cancel your order anytime, but if you will do it after I started the commission, you will get a refund only for the work not done yet.
• Refunds are possible only in a 90-day period, starting from the payment date. After that time any refund requests will be declined.
• If you are asking for a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback, I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• I have a right to cancel the commission if the Client is not responding more than 2 weeks, behaves improperly, or doesn’t send the payment on time.
